Download our App following these simple steps:

1. Click on either the Google Play logo or the App Store logo below to be directed to our app.

2. Once you have downloaded the app, create an account on the login page. (Use the same email address the Sylvan Lake Veterinary clinic will have on file for you. If you're not sure, please check with us!)

3. Click the link in your verification email to activiate your account. (In a few minutes you'll see your pet(s) appear in the app. This may take up to 24 hours if you are a new client.)

4. Click on the Loyalty icon in the app to check your PAWS balance and to learn how to earn more PAWS.

5. Enjoy the added benefits of the app. With our app you can not only earn awesome rewards but also manage your pet's health care, request appointments and refills of your pet's medication, chat with us and more...

FAQ'S

How do I earn rewards?

Earn PAWS for every $100 you spend in a single transaction on the online store or at the Sylvan Lake Veterinary Clinic.
$100 Spent = 1 PAW
PAWS can be used to redeem rewards in the Reward Store on the app.
18 PAWS = $100 towards food, medication or services at the Sylvan Lake Veterinary Clinic. *The $100 credit is applied directly to your account at SLVC and cannot be used for online purchases*
For additional rewards, visit the Reward Store under the Loyalty icon in the App.

What can I use PAWS for?

PAWS can be used to redeem rewards from our Reward Store on our app.
Rewards can be used for ANY PET in the household.
PAWS can be used at any level of accumulation.

How do I redeem my PAWS?

PAWS can be redeemed by requesting rewards through the app or by asking a team member at the time of your pet's visit.

Do PAWS expire?

No! The PAWS have no expiration date.

What if I am missing some PAWS?

All PAWS are applied to your app account manually, and we don't always know if you are collecting them or not. If you are visiting the clinic, please let a team member know that you collect. Please allow 24-48 hours for the PAWS to show in the app for in clinic purchases and 5-7 days for online purchases.
PAWS can sometimes be missed and we are truly sorry if that happens. If you feel that you are missing some PAWS, please reach out to us so we can make it right!

How do I check my PAWS balance?

Simply click on the Loyalty icon in the app to see how may PAWS you have earned.

Reward Rules:

Participation is optional
There is no expiration date
Reward cannot be used at visit redeemed
All purchase PAWS are non-retroactive
It is the client's responsibility to request PAWS be to applied to the card
Invoice myst be paid in full at time of service to receive PAWS
PAWS have no monetary value
In order for the PAWS to sync on multiple devices, please use the same app login
The Sylvan Lake Veterinary Clinic reserves the right to discontinue or modify the program at anytime
